Wesley Village 8th Annual Heroes, Saints and Legends Banquet: Celebrating "The Miracle of Coming Together"
On October 5, 2004, Wesley Village hosted its eighth "Heroes, Saints and Legends" banquet, benefiting the Senior Living Community in Wilmore, KY, and honoring three outstanding Kentucky seniors. This year's honorees were Paul F. Maddox, Rhoda G. Peters, and D. Powell Royster.

The evening concluded with a special presentation entitled "Miracle of Coming Together" highlighting the Village's soon-to-be-built senior community center, with a surprise announcement at the end: Coach Smith along with his wife, Donna, have agreed to be honorary chairs for Wesley Village's next capital campaign project, a new Center for Excellence in Memory Care! |
